Operational Oversight
Administrative Control
Each SPV is governed by a formal Administration Agreement that designates OASES as the managing agent responsible for overseeing all operational and fiduciary aspects of the asset. This structure ensures alignment with institutional best practices while preserving passive ownership for investors.
OASES Responsibilities Include:
Service Provider Oversight: Appointment and supervision of property operators, auditors, legal counsel, and local compliance officers.
Operational Management: Handling all aspects of property maintenance, tax filings, insurance, and jurisdiction-specific compliance.
Investor Relations & Reporting: Execution of tokenholder votes, issuance of quarterly performance reports, and facilitation of governance communications.
By centralizing administrative control, OASES eliminates the need for individual investor involvement in day-to-day operations enabling a fully passive, institutionally managed ownership experience.
